This is a good budget hotel. Rooms are small and the decor and furniture are outdated but seems like the hotel has gone through some new renovations in the lobby and other common areas. Convenient location right outside of Hyde Park and very close to Tube stops. The offered a free continental breakfast which is good to take advantage of... more

No frills hotel. Clean, modern, well maintained. If you just need inexpensive place to sleep - good choice. Next to tube station and across the road from Kensington Gardens and 15 minutes walking distance from Paddington station to catch train to Heathrow. Inexpensive restaurants and grocery stores in the area. Fridge in room is really helpful. Rooms are very small,... more

In contrast to many London hotels located in renovated old buildings, this Central park hotel not just look like “normal” hotel, but rooms also have lot of space. Easy to find, with fast access to tube. We stayed for four week days and catch the excellent price for double room with average of 72$ (!!!). Clean room and bathroom, no... more

I purposely looked for a cheap hotel for a short stay in London. I wasn't looking for luxury, just decent budget accommodation. I chose the Central Park Hotel as it offered excellent rates and the pictures on the website did the hotel justice. The location was superb, next to Hyde Park and only a stones throw from Queensway tube station.... more

My fiancée and I both love London. It’s versatility, it's thriving night-life, it's enormous shops, it's tranquil parks and much more... It must be Europe’s grandest city. For the final two night of our travel through all of the UK, eventually leading to London, we decided to stay in a somewhat more luxurious hotel than the previous hotel/motels we stayed... more

Although the location of this hotel is convenient, the service and room conditions was terrible. My bed was so uncomfortable, which come to find out, was a simple portable cot. The drain in the tub was clogged upon arrival and although we asked for three days for this to be fixed, nothing was done. There are other hotels in the... more

Arrived at the lobby I was surprised how nice it was and the bar looked like a 4 Star Hotel. We had a warm welcome and got checked in pretty fast and without any issues. The room was big enough, even with the crib we ordered for our 11months old. Unfortunately the furniture were really old and I got back... more

We had read the reviews, so knew we were not going to be staying in anything flash but we were seriously shocked when we booked into the hotel. Room on the 1st floor was disgusting. So small that we couldn't put the suitcases on the floor - 2 adults staying for 7 nights!!! Bar fridge in front of where it... more

Rooms not ready at 3pm and constant queues at reception. Constant problems... more

I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I visited London again. We were given a room on the 7th floor and had a nice view of the London Eye. Unfortunately, as the room was located next to the housekeeping office, we had some issues with the noise in the morning from housekeeping. Fortunately, the moment we complained, Management... more
