We chose this hotel for its location near to Paddington Station for trains to Heathrow. The location was good. The hotel was OK for the price but needed some TLC. There was mould in the showers, and the window was broken, with an ill functioning lock. more

I stayed in the hotel for 3 days in middle of September 2008 and was impressed with the high quality of service of all the staff especially the boss of the place and manager Tipu. Stayed here end of June for a week with my husband and 3 children. It was excellent and I highly recommend the hotel. We were given a family room. The room was furnished and decorated lovely, plenty of room even for the five of us and our luggage. It was absolutely spotless and there is a cleaning service every day.... more
