This hotel has the worst mattresses I've ever encountered. Ever. Think children's summer camp. Maybe even worse than that. You can push your hands through the mattresses all the way to the bottom, and they're super-springy. Save your money and stay somewhere else. more

Booked via the Hilton Group website it appears this hotel has now come under their ownership and is due to be rebranded in the next month. This hotel is well-located for shopping in Regent and Carnaby Street as well as proximity to Buckingham Palace, Bond Street and a variety of shows and restaurants. We went on a tour group. small room for 3 of us. we had trouble figuring out how to use the warm water. they brought tea though if you asked when you booked you wake up call. it was a good expierence but not wonderful. more
