Like most Plaza hotels it had exceptional customer service. Food was first rate at restaurant. Some overtones of British Pompousness but not enough to get in the way of an enjoyable stay. Beautiful hotel. Reception clerk was very friendly and helpful. Suite was spacious and comfortable, bathroom and shower were large; ample counter space. We prefer a softer mattress. Flat screen TV in both the living area and the bedroom was a nice feature, as were the refrigerator, kitchen area and washing machine.
