Credit to the Accor chain, Novotel Gare de Lyon has a load of options on price, and can be therefore very reasonable for a central Paris hotel. Arrived very late after a delayed flight, the hotel staff were very helpful and our room was perfect. We booked in Jan 08 and requested a spacious room, which is what we got. For a family of 4 it was adequate. Reasonably priced, location at a train and metro station. Neighborhood can be a pretty seedy at night time. Staff was very helpful, minimal workout facilities. Breakfast was ok, not sure worth the 15 euros per adult. more
