in a few words: - good hotel, comfortable and cosy - good location, close to Karlsplatz, with tramway and metro accessible easily - breakfast fine, though not too much space - nice room, but a little noisy (noise coming from corridor), and heating somewhat erratic (esp. during the night) more

Most of the other reviews seem to have it spot on so there is not much point with repetition for the sake of it. Just to endorse that this is probably as good as you can get for this kind of budget. Really smart and spotless throughout. Did not use the sauna/gym so presumably these could add to the experience... more

We stayed at the Kaiserhof Premier for 3 nights in mid-November. We had used Tripadvisor to select the hotel, but quite frankly did not know what to expect based on the relatively low price of the hotel compared to others in the immediate vicinity. To say we were very pleasantly surprised is an understatement. We were checked in by extremely... more

Don't be fooled by this small hotel, it is very clean, comfortable and the location is convenient despite being outside "The Ring". 1- Most of the front desk personnel were I asked for questions or assistance were friendly and spoke very decent English. 2- The rooms are huge, neat and clean including the bathrooms. 3- The breakfast buffet is quite... more

I stayed with family in this hotel just this november for 4 days to visit the city of Vienna. This hotel is as good as many reviews already described on this site. We had on top of that the luck that we were on the large rooms in the upper level and even one person in our group was granted... more

I have been for the first time at the Kaiserhof Hotel when it was in refurnishing works, in 2000. After that I have always advise it to friend and colleges that visit Vienna. Returning some years later the hotel seems to have not lost any of its qualities: wonderful nice staff, very clean rooms and a gorgeous, very well selected... more

The Kaiserhof was our splurge hotel for four nights during a three week trip to Austria. It's a small family style hotel with five star finishes and services. The beds are fabulous, the rooms larger than average and the bathrooms generous. The staff couldn't be more professional and friendly. Breakfast is sumptuous and served in a well organised breakfast room.... more

5 stars is difficult to give, but this hotel was very very nice. Nice bar also. The room was very comfortable. Good lighting and good working table, which was necessary on this occasion. Only small min point: I would appreciate a wooden or stone floor instead of the carpet. Not a very nice colour and a bit "dirty" looking, although... more

We booked a two night stay here after reading great reviews and from photos from Trip Advisor and we were not dissappointed. The Hotel is located in a quiet area, about a 10-15min walk to the heart of the city centre. The walk is pleasant and takes you through the stunning big park central. The staff were warm and friendly... more

This is an absolute gem of a hotel. We loved everything about it. The staff were friendly and warm and nothing was too much trouble. They gladly allowed us to park our bicycles safely in a small courtyard and didn't mind us lugging them through the hotel lobby several times. The breakfast is worth raving about. I could wax lyrical... more
