The Four Seasons Sydney's staff are very professional and friendly. My mum was ill on our arrival after a long flight from Dubai. The door staff helped her into the hotel, and found her a seat while I checked in. As our room was not ready we had some lunch. We had to wait about an hour. Our room had fantastic... more

I was disappointed with our stay at the four seasons since it was not the standard that I expected it to be although considering the price that we paid for the room via hotel club, I should not have been surprised. The receptionists and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly on the plus side. Also our breakfasts... more

On arrival to the Four Seasons we found we had been upgraded to a full harbour suit, (we had already booked a suit but not with full harbour view). The room was on the 32nd floor & the views were absolutely stunning. The room was a really good size, with a couch, desk etc. Every member of staff we spoke... more

I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel on a recent trip to Sydney and in general I was disappointed with my stay here. First off let me say the location of this property is fantastic, located in the historic Rocks district and right on Circular Quay. The lobby area is gorgeous and the girl who checked me in was very... more

Stayed at the Four Seasons in Sydney whilst getting married. Would recommend this hotel particularly for a special ocassion. We upgraded for $30 per night to a deluxe room which was worth it. We had already booked a full harbour view room and it was well worth the money. The staff were exceptional and even offered to open up the... more

Recently stayed at the Four Seasons for six nights. Best bits were view of opera house and bridge, and the super-comfortable beds. Bar prices were I thought very reasonable. Buffet breakfast was extremely poor for a supposed five star hotel. The views are what makes this hotel worth staying in. It is an average four star hotel, but certainly is... more

Had a two day break in beautiful Sydney. Were lucky to be upgarded (no extra charge b/c of previous business trip visits) to a large, newly refurbished room on the 27th floor. Had 2 windows at either end of the angular room - one overlooking office buildings, & the other with a partial Harbour Bridge view. The bathroom was big,... more

We paid a small upgrade fee to stay in a newly refurbished City View room, which was small but really nicely decorated. Great free Occitane products in the bathroom, lovely high quality sheets and EXTREMELY comfortable bed. What made the stay for me was the wonderful spa treatment I had. It was really superb and very reasonably priced. Also there's... more

Okay, this place is beautiful. It has amazing views of the harbor. That's the reason we stayed there for the first 2 nights of our honeymoon. We loved the comfy bed and the L'Occitane products. We liked the rooftop pool and hot tub as well as the gym. This place is nice in every sense. My husband and I felt... more

Myself and my new husband stayed at this hotel recently as part of our honeymoon. We stayed at a total of 8 properties during our 3 week trip to Australia and this is the only one that will be getting a negative review. Firstly the plus points- fantastic location which could not be better, and stunning views of the bridge... more
