Booked an apartment room through the motel website for $125 a night. The accommodation was two interconnected rooms providing plenty of space with two bathrooms and two TVs. The apartment came with a kitchenette with basic cooking facilities, a queen bed, a single and a foldaway bed. The apartment was reasonably clean and tidy but had a rather strong musty... more

I stayed at the Sandown Regency as I had business to attend to quite close to this hotel so I took a punt on it. I was greeted by a friendly lady at the reception who was very professional which gave me hope. The room was very average, huge clunky old airconditioner which was controlled from the bedside table. The rooms are clean and the views are excellent. I stayed in a room that had a view of the swimming pool and gardens. All my requests were dealt with promptly and with a smile. This place is Hell on Earth. Do NOT be Fooled by their nice looking photos on their website!! They are a true misreprestntation of what this place is really like!! The website sucked me in to booking here, it seemed peaceful and very green and with garden views etc etc...but instead it was loud and there is no such views... more
