December 13th 2008 We were upgraded to top part of the hotel. All the staff were very helpful. Rather hard to find on foot from Andel Metro station as we came out the wrong end- you need to turn right and not left as we did. Clean rooms and very quiet. Found staff very welcoming, and English speaking. Concierge gave map of city & marked useful sites & nearest tram/bus stop. Room clean and reasonable facilities.
