We stayed three weeks at Kumquat Cottage while visiting San Ignacio and Santa Elena. We dealt directly with Philip, the owner, through email, and he was always quick to answer questions and provide more information. My two teenage sons and I spent two happy ( but sweaty in July) weeks in and around San Ignacio in 2007. The generosity of Phillip the owner and Roy Gentle ( yes the name means something) made our stay at Kumquat cottage the best of our many trips to Latin America.
