After all the reviews we were very disappointed in our stay. The staff does try to please but there is a frenetic disorganized ambiance about the place. The customer service is top notch. They'll treat you royally! We were able to check in early (11:30) and were offered mint tea and Moroccan little pastries. Friendly staff and basic comfort, but the plumbing is awful.The drains emitted extremely unpleasant sewer odors that really ruined our "romantic" break. Spraying perfume around the bathrooms and courtyard only made the situation worse. The owners need to invest in some serious plumbing repairs. more
