I recently spent my last 2 nights of a 5 week african trip at Giraffe Manor. What a fantastic time we had- our hosts Marianne and Rudy were wonderful, and the staff there are expert mind readers! My Husband and I and my Sister and her husband stayed at Giraffe Manor Sept. 22 for one night. And What a night it was! This is a once in a lifetime, at least, stay. Our hosts, MaryAnne and Rudy and their wonderfuly staff made our stay a Dream. Who can say that they ate breakfast and lunch with Giraffes?... more

Unsurpassed hospitaility! We only stayed one night but felt as welcome as an old friend. Staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enought for us. A wonderful start to our holiday in Kenya! more

We just got back from a fabulous trip to Kenya and Giraffe Manor was our first stop. From the moment we arrived it was perfect - Marianne and Rudy are the new managers and we were warmly welcomed and shown to our large well appointed room and invited to settle in....There is only one word for this place - 'homey"... more

It was great all around. We were a bit anxious before going to Kenya recently because of some negative reviews about the Giraffe Manor and polictical incident in Kenya. If you are looking for a unique experience like feeding giraffes during your breakfast, this is the place. Do not expect the comfort of a 5 star resort, as this is a 1930´s 5 bedroom english house. You feel in an english B&B in the middle of Africa. But it is a great experience. I would reccommend it for 1... more

We spent two nights at Giraffe Manor and had a enjoyable time. The hosts, Nadine and David were very sociable and made you feel at ease. It can't be denied that this place is unique and being a huge giraffe lover I was hugely looking forward to it. My last night of my trip was spent at Giraffe Manor. What an experience. Rooms are wonderful and spacious, clean and you feel like part of the home. Dinner was magnificent and the company was great.
