I own a Beach front Hotel in Marbella, so being in the business my standards are to say the least, very high! I was traveling with my 2 children aged 2 & 3 so I was quite apprehensive about everything. There was not one thing that I would have changed, the whole experience was fantastic! The rooms where spotless and... more

I booked this 5 night break for a celebration of my wifes 60th birthday. It started fabulously with a limousine from the airport to the hotel having flown overnight from the UK. We arrived at the hotel at around 930am and was told the room wasn`t quite ready but please take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. We went to `Olives`... more

My family and I visited in October and had an absolutely wonderful stay - despite the odd issue Im sure nobody will be disappointed staying here. We are a very fussy, well travelled family with grown up children so I will do my best to give our view. The hotel is stunning - authentic Arabic touches such as the camels... more

We have just come back from a weeks stay at this hotel as part of our honeymoon, we were slightly apprehensive about our stay due to the mixed reviews we read prior to our trip. * DO NOT WORRY LIKE WE DID, THIS PLACE IS OUTSTANDING* The only way you could experience a miserable time here is if you yourself... more

We were a little apprehensive before we arrived after seeing the hotel ranking go from 3rd to 10th however from the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice and our concerns were soon at the back of our minds. The hotel staff were fabulous and went out of their way to make us feel welcome nothing... more

Stayed for 3 nights at the Palace and it exceeded all expectations. We ate in Eau Zone, Olives, The Beach restaurant and Tagine and the food and service could not be faulted. Happy hour drinks in the roof terrace are a must and the only dodgy service we had was in the Courtyard at the Palace which was very slow.... more

We've just returned from The Palace and have really mixed feelings about our holiday. Yes, the service at the hotel was fantastic, the staff really make your holiday special and were so sweet with our children. It's a shame the previous reviewer didn't rate Olives because the staff in there were so sweet to our children each night at dinner... more

Ok.....so it's not that the hotel is bad....but it had a lot to live up to as we'd just spent 10 days at a beautful hotel in Mauritius. As we approached the hotel we were faced by gold camels at the entrance, and walking into the reception 4 huge palm trees. We just found it all a little OTT and... more

We've just got back from a week staying at the Palace. It was the best experience we've had and its going to be hard to find a holiday to beat it. Fresh flowers & fruit every day was a nice touch. The service was great, and the pool at the palace was always quiet, there was never any need to... more

My partner and i stayed here in august. He was on business for 2 weeks and i joined him for a week. Being a fussy dollybird i always like the top fancy but trendy hotels, but like to find somewhere thats not as expensive or ornate as the burj al arab! The One and only was ok, I liked it... more
